The Your Market project is a large scale collaborative solution that supports many different agencies in the emergency food system network. It provides end-to-end support of pantry, inventory, and guest experience management. As of 2023, it supports 20 food pantry and transportation partners in the metro Boston area and will be expanding into North Carolina, Florida and Texas in 2023-24.
Framework provides many parts of the volunteer, staff, and shopper experience, allowing Your Market to remain user friendly while harnessing Salesforce’s powerful data system for scale. Because Your Market is hosted on a single, shared Salesforce® instance, adaptability is crucial. Framework allows Your Market to branch into different screens for different types of users, show or hide fields based on agency configuration, and provide a very simple-to-use interface to hundreds of volunteers that may only get a few minutes of training before welcoming thousands of visitors each month.
